About Me
Hi! My name is Adriana Selwyn. I am an Australian expat living in Westchester county, NY. I am a birth doula, post-partum doula and dietitian.

I moved to NYC from Sydney in 2014. I fell in love with New York (and my now-husband!), had three beautiful children and embarked on my journey as a birth doula. As a dietitian, I enjoyed supporting people to improve their health through better nutrition. It wasn’t until the birth of my children that I realized how vital support during pregnancy and childbirth is, when we as women are at our most vulnerable.
My goal is to support you in having a healthy, happy pregnancy and a rewarding childbirth experience. As a postpartum doula I aim to make your transition into motherhood, whether you're a first time Mom or a seasoned pro, as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Why Gold Crown?
The name Gold Crown comes from the meaning of my first two children’s names. Etienne = Crown, and Aurelia = Golden.
